Faith Formation Forms
The St. Patrick Faith Formation Program is an eight-year program, beginning in grade
one and culminating in Confirmation during grade eight. We encourage each child to
begin instruction in first grade and continue each successive year through eighth grade.
We will work with parents and children to facilitate transfers into and from the St.
Patrick program to ensure continuity in the catechetical instruction of each child.

Kindergarten students are welcome to register for faith formation; however, we must have a minimum of 4 students in class to be able to host K. Our tiniest students will learn about Jesus and the Bible, sings Christian songs, and make crafts corresponding to the liturgical seasons.
Faith Formation Fees:
Confirmation Fees and First Holy Communion Fees are separate from Faith Formation fees.
