Confirmation Welcome and Guidelines

Welcome to the St. Patrick Parish Confirmation program! We’re excited to have you and
your family join us on this important journey of faith. Please take a moment to review the
forms and information sheets provided to your child as part of their Confirmation
preparation. Your help in completing these forms accurately and returning them to the
Faith Formation Office by the indicated due dates is truly appreciated. You can return
them in person, by mail, or by email, whatever works best for you. You’ll also find the
Confirmation Guidelines available for download here.

We encourage students, sponsors, and parents to participate together in the
Confirmation preparation process. By working as a team with our catechists and priests,
candidates will be well prepared to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation and continue
growing as caring and active members of our Church and community.

We’re here to help! Our goal is to support you and your child in every way we can,
making the Sacrament of Confirmation a meaningful and memorable experience for
your whole family.

Confirmation, please get in touch with the Faith Formation staff at
